Return Policy

We want you (and your pet) to be 100% happy with your purchase.

If something isn’t right, you have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

To start a return, email us at addicturapets@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

🟠 Note:
- We do not refund shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged.
- We do not accept returns on food, treats, grooming items, or final sale products for hygiene reasons.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
